Announcing the 5th Annual

PLAYBILLder™  Award for Marketing

Recognizing comprehensive and engaging marketing plans for a high school production that includes a Broadway-quality program created with PLAYBILLder.

THE AWARD

Playbill Inc. is proud to reward the creativity, design skills, and teamwork of high school students who work to promote their school productions. The winning school will receive a free PLAYBILLder PDF license, a commemorative framed copy of the winning program, and an editorial feature highlighting your school theatre department on Playbill.com.

AWARD ELIGIBILITY

High schools located throughout the Greater New York region that have published (either online or in print) a PLAYBILLder program for an officially licensed production OR a fictitious production used as a basis for a marketing project during the 2021-2022 academic school year are eligible.

BEA currently defines the Greater New York region as 11 Counties in New York including the Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond (Staten Island), Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Schools are encouraged to submit their official Playbill®, along with additional materials that support the creative vision and mission for the project. This can include cover design concept, campaign goals and strategies, background on participating students, production poster, flyers, screenshots of social media posts, and any other advertising materials created for the production.

Schools that did not present a production this year due to COVID-19 are invited to create a marketing plan for a fictitious production, including a program created on PLAYBILLder.com and the above supplemental materials.
