School Responsibilities for participation:

  1. Register your high school production for participation by Monday, February 4, 2019.
  2. Identify three (3) qualified adjudicators using the guidelines provided. Have adjudicators visits the Adjudicators tab on the Roger Rees Awards website in order to register with the RRA and receive program guidelines, judging rubric, and score submission requirements. Adjudicators must be registered with the RRA administrative team a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to first performance date. In the event you need help identifying adjudicators for your production, we recommend you begin by calling the college or university in your area. Many schools will make members of their performing arts department faculty available for this purpose. You can also contact the NY Thespians for referrals.
  3. Provide adjudicators with production information, show time, location, ticket to show, and the name of the roles/students who are up for nomination.
  4. Parent communication – All nominees MUST be registered by a parent or guardian granting permission for participation. If students are not registered, scores will not be put forth for consideration. Parents can visit the Parent tab on the Roger Rees Awards website for link to student registration.
