WHO’S ELIGIBLE
Any high school located in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Orange County, Rockland County or Westchester County that has published a PLAYBILLder™ program for an officially licensed production of a Broadway musical during the current academic year.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Any schools participating in the Roger Rees Awards that create a PLAYBILLder™ for their production will be eligible for the PLAYBILLder™ Award for Marketing. Schools should also submit additional materials including a brief paragraph outlining the goals and inspiration behind the marketing campaign; a description of student involvement in the campaign’s execution; links to or screenshots of social media posts, flyers, posters; and any other advertising materials created for the production.

DEADLINE
Submissions must be received before Monday, April 6, 2020
SELECTION PROCESS
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from Playbill, evaluating entries based on the quality of the PLAYBILLder™-created program, including layout, imagery, and text; level of student participation; creativity of any non-PLAYBILLder™ marketing materials; and excellence in community engagement through advertising featured within the PLAYBILLder™ program.
PRIZE
The winning school will be notified no later than Tuesday, May 5 and will be recognized at The Roger Rees Awards Showcase on Sunday, May 17. The prize package includes:
- A free program license
- $500 to school’s theatre department
- Commemorative framed copy of winning program
